Located on 1200 wooded acres on and around Waubeeka Lake, Rogers Lake and Lester Pond. It is a Cub Scout, Webelos and Boy Scout resident summer camp bordering the Pharoah Wilderness Area in Adirondak State Park. The Scout Reservation is split into three camps, Camp Wabeeka, Camp Buckskin and Summit Base. Camp Wabeeka and Buckskin both offer a Boy Scout Merit Badge program in Ecology, Handicrafts, Scoutcraft, Field and Water Sports.

• Camp Wabeeka - offers is the patrol cooking camp, where each troop cooks cooks their own meals.

• Camp Buckskin - offers a Dining Hall for three meals per day.

• Summit Base - offers High Adventure Treks on the high peaks of the Adirondaks, plus Rock Climbing and Project C.O.P.E..

• Directions to Camp

  • Take the New York Thruway to Exit 24, then the Northway (Interstate 87) North, to Exit 25. Right on Route 8 to Brant Lake. Travel approximately 9.3 miles on Route 8 from the Northway, left on Palisades Rd. The reservation entrance is 1 mile on the right.
    OR

  • Or take the Taconic Parkway to Interstate 90 West, to Interstate 787 North, to Rt 7 West, to the Northway (Interstate 87) North, to Exit 25. Right on Route 8 to Brant Lake. Travel approximately 9.3 miles on Route 8 from the Northway, left on Palisades Rd. The reservation entrance is 1 mile on the right.

This is an Aquatics Center located on the shore of Milton Point that features an olympic size indoor pool. They offer Sailing, SCUBA Certification, Lifeguard Training, Webelos Aquanaut Activity Badge, Swimming and Lifesaving Merit Badge programs, and a Boat Building Program for Venture Crews. On weeknights Scout Units (Packs, Troops, Posts and Crews) can schedule a group swim.
